A Teenager accused of heroin dealing has had his case delayed after he failed to appear in Court. Paul Hanbury, aged 18, with an address at Cloonmore Park, Tallaght, is charged with simple possession of heroin for sale or supply at an address at Sundale Avenue in Tallaght on March 3 2009. Hanbury did not appear in court and his solicitor Michael Hennessey, told Judge McHugh he would caution his client to appear on the next date. Judge McHugh remanded Hanbury on continuing bail for a week.
