A TEENAGER has been fined €600 for assorted NCT offences. Sean Munoz aged 19 with an address at Daletree Crescent Firhouse, pleaded guilty to failing to produce his NCT at St Colmcilles Road Firhouse on April 21, 2009.
He also pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without an NCT on the M50 at Rathfarnham on July 13 2009.
A Garda told Judge David McHugh in Tallaght District Court that he had been on patrol
on St. Colmcilles Way on the above date when he stopped Munoz, who later failed to produce his NCT certificate.
Another Garda told the Court that he stopped Munoz on July 13 last on the M50 and Munoz had no NCT. Convicting Judge McHugh issued two €300 fines.
