A BENCH warrant has been issued in Tallaght Court for a teenager accused of public order offences. The 16 year old with an address in Tallaght is charged with engaging in threatening and abusive behaviour at Tallaght Garda Station also on February 19 last.
The case was before Judge James McDonnell for mention. There was no appearance from the teenager in Court. Garda Kieran Kilcoyne gave sworn evidence stating that he had cautioned the defendants father that his son was due to appear in Court on that date.
